Important Announcement

We hope that you and your family are safe and adjusting to what is becoming a new way of life for the foreseeable future.
You may have noticed that we have been a little quiet on social media and the web since we reopened on the 8th of June. As you will imagine the "new normal" has taken a little getting used to and we have been focusing on contacting and taking good care of our lovely patients as they return to our care. If you have already been in for an appointment you may have enjoyed a little socially distanced dance around the practice with us, it sometimes feels like an episode of strictly come dancing as we move you safely around the practice.
We are happy to report the first month has gone very well and the success of the new procedures and processes in place are down to the hard work and commitment of our fabulous team. We are continuing the slow process of contacting patients to rebook appointments cancelled during lockdown. If you have not yet received a call from our reception team then please ring us on 01282 415543 and we will be happy to book you in.
At the beginning of June and after practicing dentistry for 37 years, Chris decided that it was time to hang his mirror and probe up for the final time and retire at the end of August. After so many years of dedication and service, I am sure you will all join us in wishing him a long and happy retirement. He will be very much missed by both the team and his patients but our loss is his family's gain and I'm sure he will enjoy every minute of retirement.
Over the last month Usman and Fozia have been busy searching for the ideal candidate to join our clinical team and we have great pleasure in introducing Dr Joe White who will join us in September. We have also made early plans to add a female dentist to the team in late 2020/early 2021. This timing will hopefully coincide with the the COVID alert level reducing and with it the need for social distancing.
We are confident that they will both be an asset to the practice and continue the excellent level of care that you have become accustomed to. Please click on the following link for more information on our newest team member, Joe.
