We have been seeking feedback from patients and the pre-appointment phone calls have been highlighted as an area of improvement. In light of this, we have invested in new software that streamlines the required checks with your normal appointment reminders.
From June 2021, we are introducing the Patient Portal for our patients to use to keep their medical history, patient information and Covid screening up-to-date from their own device.
What we would like you to do...
Two days before your appointment you will receive your reminder text / email. Please click on the link and enter your surname and date of birth. This will take you to your "Patient Portal" home page. Once in your patient portal, you will be able to complete the forms at a time convenient to you. All we ask is that you ensure the forms are completed prior to attending the practice.
This change will make things much easier for both yourself and our team and enable us to spend more time taking great care of you when you next attend the practice.
If you are having trouble logging in, please double check the spelling of your name and your date of birth. If you still can't log in, please contact us as our records may need updating.
